R&D Physicist/ Engineer in optics

We are looking for a passionate R&D Physicist/ Engineer in optics to join our R&D Team. He (she) will work on the development of new products machined with a femtosecond laser. His (her) primary role will be to develop and setup new femtosecond laser machining stations for material processing, to bring them up to high performance levels and to transfer them into a production environment. He (she) will also develop new machining processes and improve existing ones to enhance current product performance and reliability. He (she) will be involved in the validation and qualification of new suppliers.
