The incumbent will provide first line support for our range of products based on fiber optics and fs laser ablation. The incumbent will develop, document, and improve production processes with the goal of increasing productivity and reducing quality defects. He/she will also participate in continuous improvement projects and work closely with the production team on solving process problems. The incumbent will report to the Director of Operations.
