Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.

Description of duties

This position is responsible for managing, developing and growing the QA team, automation, related  processes and DevOps integration at SPIE. The successful employee will work as a team manager, individually, and as part of a broader IT team to improve and expand quality assurance, automation, build integration and DevOps collaboration for critical IT systems and services to maximize the value created from the organization’s investment in technology.

Education & Experience Requirements

The qualified candidate will have a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related field, 5+ years experience in software QA and automation, 2+ years in management and project management experience.

Compensation includes:  Competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus, defined contribution retirement plan with additional company match and paid-time-off plan beginning at 31 days per year.
