The Sensor Technology Group is seeking a Technology Development Manager (TDM) to support programs within our advanced development environment. Technologies include, sensors, lasers, RF micro-electronics, photonics and electro optics.
TDMs support group objectives by applying both management and technical skills to technology development programs. Lead smaller proposal and program teams to develop plans and execute within agreed schedules and budgets with minor supervision. May have deep technical expertise and also perform as an individual contributor or technical lead. Have ability to support multiple ongoing efforts. Long term career paths can lead to program management or technical subject matter expert.
