This position directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations. Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department’s attention. Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Will manage field support technicians.
This position will work in coordination with the Director of Test Systems to define and manage service offerings including calibrations, service contracts, and repair pricing.
A BS in EE, CpE or Physics is required. 3 – 5 years of relevant experience is required. Project management experience is a plus. Individual must be highly organized with a good attention to detail. Good communication skills are a must, both written and verbal.
This position is located in Bozeman, MT. Relocation is available.
