The System Laboratory at Hewlett-Packard Labs has an immediate opening for an intern position with a background in electrical engineering and CMOS circuit design.

The critical task is the design and test of electronic devices in ongoing photonic interconnect projects at Hewlett Packard labs. Successful candidates will have experience in the design, implementation, and testing of low-power driver electronics for silicon photonics devices. The candidate will need to be able to carry out electronic and photonic measurements. Hands-on experience with EDA tools and electronic testing is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required for technical reporting and problem solving.
