This position will be responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications and procedures from drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete re-work on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. May prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommend solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set up of specialized test equipment.
The position requires soldering skills and a mechanical aptitude. An Associates degree, military technical training or the equivalent vocational training is required. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience is required. This position is located in Bozeman, MT.
