Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer (Experienced)

: We are seeking an experienced R&D Electronics Engineer, to apply technical judgment, skills, and experience to develop new advanced device technologies, through process integration for both NW production and the R&D missions of the Radiation\-Hardened CMOS Technology and Advanced Device Development Department\. On any given day, you may be called on to: + Develop new process integration concepts for a variety of CMOS, Silicon Integrated photonic, sensor, memory, and advanced technologies\.+ Support the fabrication, production, and R&D of integrated circuits+ Serve as a vital part of a growing team of engineers and technologists creating state of the art silicon integrated circuits for national security missions and R&D collaborations+ Publishing of new material in leading international journals Required: + Master’s degree in engineering, material science, physics, or chemistry, plus three or more years of applicable experience in semiconductor devices and process integration+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q\-Clearance Desired: + PhD in engineering, material science, physics, or chemistry+ Experience with silicon integrated photonic processes, advanced memory materials and devices, or other semiconductor systems, including their integration+ Publishing history in leading journals and professional presentations+ Demonstrated experience working in teams+ Demonstrated experience leading teams+ Demonstrated vision for developing new devices Department Description: Responsible for developing, integrating, characterizing, and ensuring the reliability of radiation\-hardened microelectronics fabricated in the Microsystems and Engineering Sciences Applications \(MESA\) facilities\. Advanced device development activities are also a significant part of the team¿s work, focusing on end\-of\-the roadmap technologies such as resistive memories, optoelectronics, and heterogeneous integration\.
