Summary: This is a unique opportunity to join the AEi team as a Senior Electrical Engineer contributing to the design and implementation of electrical controls and electronic systems for the capital equipment used in the manufacture of camera module assemblies for the automotive (ADAS systems), mobile, consumer, computational, gesture recognition, stereoscopic, 3-D, wearable, security and medical camera markets. As a senior electrical engineer, you will work with other electrical and systems engineers, marketing and applications engineering to translate market and customer specific requirements into product architecture, design concepts and solutions that meet timeline and cost targets. Technical challenges range from system integration and machine automation to design and verification of high-speed digital signal transmission lines to the development of complex test fixtures and custom PCBs. You will work with cross functional teams in engineering and operations to develop solutions from concept to complete production, including analysis and validation. You will create test plans and execute data collection on contact resistance, leakage, inductance, bandwidth, crosstalk and rise time of interface solutions and design test fixtures and printed circuit boards to test the interface structures.
