The Vice President Sales Marketing , in conjunction with the leadershipteam, will provide leadership for the key account managers and sales team.
The company is focused on four key markets: semiconductor equipment,life science, defense and entertainment. This leader will also be responsible for identifying and implementingtransformational growth drivers for Jenoptik Optical Systems over the nextdecade, evolving the existing OEM business towards stronger commercialfundamentals and business processes, and driving collaborative opportunities,product development strategies and tactics to grow and transform JenoptikOptical Systems.
Part of seniormanagement team and works closely with engineering, production and otherdepartments, and is expected to contribute significantly to the vision anddirection of the company.
