POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Materials Science and Engineering (DMSE), to join the laboratory of Professor Juejun Hu. Will perform interdisciplinary and collaborative research on high-performance photonic interconnects for next-generation data centers.
REQUIRED: a Ph.D. (or its equivalent) in electrical engineering, optical engineering, physics, materials science, or closely related field; and a strong background in semiconductor optoelectronic device physics and microfabrication. Experience in III-V (or Si) photonic device processing, photonic integration, and optical device characterization are strongly preferred. Job #14561
