Elenion is developing
next-generation photonic integrated circuit technologies and solutions for a
broad range of datacom and telecom applications. It is almost certain that, as
you read this web page, the data traveling from the server to your computer or
phone went through hardware that someone on our team designed, built, or deployed.

The Position:

We are developing a unique high-speed electrical and photonic IC test
lab for novel RD at the device and system level, and require Photonic Test
Engineers to assist with this effort. Working out of our Madison Avenue office,
the incumbents will be primarily responsible for test infrastructure
development and design verification testing on novel electro-optic devices.

We are searching for senior professionals and new graduates with the

to work very hard with similarly motivated people.

Key Responsibilities:
photonic RF IC device characterization, test data analysis, and failure

Develop test
vectors, test automation tools, and unique photonic test platforms.

the adaptation of equipment from the design verification environment to
high-volume manufacturing test platforms.

Key Qualifications:
2+ years
of relevant industry / academic experience with photonic or RF IC

degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

with high-speed RF characterization tools and methods and/or optical physical

Ability to
analyze measurement data to extract key device performance features.

skills in MATLAB, Python, or C.

Ability to
independently interface with vendors and other third parties.

Strong communication
and interpersonal skills.

Tendency toward
orderliness and reduction of entropy.

Additional Assets:
degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

with Visual Basic / Python / C programming for test automation.

5+ years
of experience with testing platforms.
